The amazing view on the trail we were hiking in the park! We still can't believe we live here!
Me and Bracken on our upward snow hike! Everyone around us used snow shoes or cross country skis! We are obviously not used to snow...notice our shoes!
Michael and the view
This was during the time the dogs had to stay at the kennel until we could move into our house. We were able to take them out for the day and go hiking. Michael also decided that they deserved a Wendy's burger! Who says these dogs aren't spoiled?!?
Me with the pups! This trip was their first time in real snow! Michael and I were nervous about bears, wolves, and moose. We had been watching every show possible about this state and a lot of the shows talk about dogs bringing the wild animals back to you! That would have been cool to see an animal up close, but I don't think we were quite ready for that kind of encounter!
